Come join the CrossFit EAST Family and your local North Florida Affiliates for the WEEK ONE KICKOFF of the CrossFit Games Open Qualifier at CrossFit JAX! Show time is at 10:30am on Saturday, March 19th. This is open to ANYONE who would like to compete in The Open Qualifier. We will be heading for a Post-WOD celebration at Mellow Mushroom in Jax Beach as soon as the workout wraps up. Bring your friends and your family and show them WHAT IT IS THAT YOU DO. We cannot wait to see all of you!
